hi I was in an Antique store and came across a seated Liberty Quarter. From what I remember the date was 1861. I do not remember the mint, but they were selling it for $18.00. I can not find how much it might be worth , Please help.

P.S. Are 1943 weat pennies realy worth alot?

The value of any coin depends on it's condition. It could be worth anywhere from a few dollars & up.

And no, '43 cents are not worth a lot.

Then I would say it is worth about $10 to $15. But that would be for a coin that has no damage and has not been cleaned.

But here's an entire page of them that you can check and compare to the coin for yourself. Click Here

Be aware though - many of the descriptions and grades for the coins found on that page are not accurate IMO.
