Interesting... I'll have to take a look at his other stuff and see. edit: OK, I see, very clever. He doesn't grade the lower-end stuff, just "certifies" it. That half dollar is probably an oddity... lol
I wouldn't grade the coin MS-65. The hair looks kind of flat and if that's not lint on the holder, there's a lot of marks for MS-65. Just my 2¢.
