If you believe this story from eBay...... http://cgi.ebay.com/Indian-Head-Whe...QptZCoinsQ5fUSQ5fIndividualQQsalenotsupported
If there is an Indian on one end, and a dime on the other end, how does he know there is wheats in the roll at all, if this is a supposed old timers roll. Shill... yet they still bid, sad.
I think I need to do something like that again... "I found these while treasure-hunting in Antarctica. I was using an old pirate map that I had found in South Africa, and I cam across a small ice cave. Inside, there was a group of penguins who had hoarded some items from poor travelers. Of course, I overpowered them and took the loot, this was one of the many Lincoln/Indian Head rolls that they had!"
Wow know that's a good deal I bet all the coins are in about good condition. I will bid on this wish me luck. Let me go, and bid right now I have to go. JC
I agree that the Seller's story is a load of BS! However, some eBayers are becoming wiser due to so many of these BS Auctions and getting a deal. You can make out fairly well on these BS rolls if you make your bid relevant (based on the value) to only the two coins on the ends of the rolls. It has been done and if you win, everything in the middle (the other 48 coins) are pretty much free! Frank
