Here's a 1999 cent with a long raised line it's not a die crack, but it may be a die trail it is running through the O in one. I don't think it's a die gouge either.

I would like your opinion on this coin a die trail possible.

I have three of the same cent errors they were found in a roll a couple of years ago .

Tell me your opinion my good coin Buddies.:pencil:

    Thanks JC Joe

Looking at it, it can't possibly be a die trail. I agree with the dutchman, it looks like a big ole die gouge.

Yep, die gouge. Trails dies just don't work that way.

I thought it was a die gouge well this is a nice error to me because it's an extreme die gouge. I have three like this. Well thanks you Good little coin buddies.

I don't collect trailers anyway I don't find them interesting enough I rather have a big ole die gouge anyway, and on three coins in Proof like condition.

    Thanks my coin Buddies Joe

    rockdude,

Although it is not very evident from the pics, he probably means that they are real shiny purty!

You don't know what proof like condition is ?????????????????

Well a bussiness struck coin with mirror like surfaces is a proof like condition coin , are the first coins that are struck that;s why they have the mirror like surfaces, because the die is fresh OK a learning excersize in proof like condition terminology. I can't show the proof like surfaces ,because my scanner :computer:does not pick it up

That's because I had to change the coin color a little in order for my little coin buddies to see the image the die gouge.

My scanner doesn't pick up certain images. I will start taking camera shots as soon as I device a better method of photography for detail and etc etc

:secret:JAZZCOINS JOE Please refer me to this name I prefer it.:thumb:
