Can't make out what really happened here. Could be a couple of things. What do you say it is. The letters of ONE CENT are incomplete, plus there's a die clash in the Memorial. Two shot's different light angle.
Well as far as the One cent think a little grease maybe fell on the area of the die were the poor little E's lost there legs I have seen many coins with the same results could also be a weak strike in that area.I do see some clashing there JC
