I've been using auctiva for my ebay auctions -- it's pretty handy for me (although I have nothing to compare it to). I see that "inkFrog" is a competitor, with the same price ($10/mo). Does anyone use inkFrog around here? Can anyone tell me a comparison?

    thanks!

I also use Auctiva but they've started charging for the service so now I no longer use them and I'm wondering if there's a listing service that doesn't charge for using them? If not, I'll start listing directly through Ebay, since that doesn't cost anything.

    Ribbit :)

But can ebay store listings? Schedule them? Store images? Link to my other auctions? I'm not a high volume seller, but sometimes I do sell 5-7 items a night for a number of nights in a row. I can schedule 7 auctions for later on, spaced 5 minutes apart, in about 20 seconds of work I don't mind paying $10/month for that. I just want the best service I can get for the $10.

(And, gee, I would think that someone who "ribbits" a lot would have checked out inkFrog! ;) )

    It has been a while since I have sold on eBay (Nov. last year), but Turbo Lister does all or just about all you are asking for;

But can ebay store listings? With Turbo, they are actually stored on your computer both a specific listing and as a form if desired.
Schedule them? Absolutely and even on just plain eBay @ 10¢ (?) each
Store images? With your listing - see above. Otherwise, I don't know what you are asking.
Link to my other auctions? Do not understand what you are looking for.
I can schedule 7 auctions for later on, spaced 5 minutes apart. See above.

BTW, Turbo Lister is free and free to use.

I will not be paying for auctiva, You can post pictures in a auction for free. IMO auctiva is handy but not worth the $10 a month fee. There is so many free image hosting services out there, I am not paying for it.

I will just start using eBay TurboLister again.

How to upload a picture on eBay for free!!
When you are using eBay you just switch to the HTML tab when you are working on the description and simply past the link (if using photobucket use the HTML link) into the description and then switch back to Standard and you can center the photo. The template are also pretty easy just go to google and search and you should be able to find tons of free ones.

But you can only list one pic per posting that way, right? Additional pics cost extra, no? When you sell a coin, the buyer wants to see obverse and reverse.

And, here's a crucial question for my own situation: I can not access eBay from work. I _can_ post stuff via Auctiva during work hours because I can access Auctiva -- and Auctiva interfaces with ebay for me. Does TurboLister do that? (Also, does TurboLister let me design multiple ads, that I then can save and then re-use again and again?)

I have been using the free turbo lister for years. For photo storage I just upload all my images to photobucket (another free service), copy the html link provided by photobucket into the html section of turbo lister. You can schedule the auctions for anytime you want.

I appreciate folks' input here. I do. But, ummm . . . . nobody's actually come close to answering my question. If I may quote myself:

You can put as many pictures into the description and it is all free!!

I don't know!! You have to download turbolister so you most likely wont be able to do it from work!!

Yes, Turbolister is actually easier to use and it saves all of your listing and you can save them for future upload. It is also faster to relist auction using turbolister.

    Auctiva has issues

I personally would not use Auctiva.com whatsoever, here is why:

When you agree to pay 10 dollars a month, they don't guarantee that their service will even work or work all the time.

Your images, are then on their servers and if you don't renew your listing with them, you can't get them back. If you re-list with eBay instead of them for the same item, your pictures disappear even though, you paid them for hosting.

Their support is sub par, and their technical knowledge of their own systems is **** poor. I think they got to big too quick and now they are sitting there with their thumbs up their a$$es.

People are currently having all sorts of troubles that are not being addressed properly.

You can check out some of the story here: http://auctivaripoff.com

    Thanks,
    DiFran
