Two thumbs up on this set. I just got mine and thoroughly inspected them and I have no complaints. they are not all pr70 but they also do not have any serious issues. The number of coins is stunning and the beauty of the coins is stunning, especially stunning is the Native American dollar (which I disliked in the photos I have seen but in hand it is gorgeous). I may just order a box of the Native dollars.
Overall the best offering from the mint in a while :hail:

I have to agree in part Dan. I ordered 20 sets and out of the whole I kept 10 and sent the others back for a refund. Mine had a variety of issues, that is, cracked lenses, blemishes, scratches on the coins etc. But I have to say that the new Native American is a good looking coin. I was impressed with the quality and design of the U.S. Possession's quarters, the strike on those was great. It seems as though the Presidential Dollars are tough to get right,(maybe it's the subject material). Overall, the set is impressive and I'm glad your pleased with them.

I guess I should have ordered 20 because based on the one I bought, my set is a stinker. All I was really after was the Lincolns and one of them has a chatter mark in the right obverse field and another one has a black spot on Lincoln's head. My set = garbage

I got five sets and was most impressed by the presidential dollars. They were nearly flawless. The next best group as a whole was the standard issues (nickel, dime, half, and sac). I was really looking forward to the pennies and they weren't bad either. The quarters were also nearly perfect but I've grown a little tired of that series. All in all, it was the best clad set I've seen. Great year to be a coin collector!!!

    Well other people would disagree...
Many people had spots on each and every one of the sets they opened, and they looked terrible.

Mine are flawless. I don't know what a 70 looks like, but I'm telling you, these are just picture perfect!

I bought three sets and opened just one so far and it looks pretty good. Is there anyway to open these thing except from the end? It looks kinda torn up when you do this???

Try opening the other end of the box. Only one end is sealed.

Does this set have the bronze alloy Lincolns?

Yes, the proofs are only available in this composition. The uncirculated mint sets will have them too. Unless something changes, I don't believe any of the cents in any of the mint's sets will be zinc.

    I bought 10 sets. When I search the Kennedy's, Jefferson's, Roosevelt's, Sacagawea's I pulled 21 coins out for defects!!
Here is what I ended up with!!
    (7) Jefferson's
    (4) Roosevelt's
    (2) Kennedy's
    (6) Sacagawea's

I didn't search or look at the Presidential Dollars or Quarters.
