This looks like a normal or closed 06 to me. A wide AM will have the initial very close the memorial these are to far away.
it is a close am like a normal o6 you can get more info on this sight http;//lincolncentresource.com/wideams.html
It's a normal close AM. First there is the wide space between the M and G is AM ERICA. Next you must show the initial FG. If the ' G ' looks just as I printed just now Then it is a wide A M. Also the space between the and the M in america should be significant enough to rule out any hope or form of ''worn dyes'. Your pics are not clear enough to verify any of these conditions. I will try to get better shots, but my camera can only get so close...I will show the coin guy today and see what he thinks...thanks ya'll
A CLOSE Am the FG is far from the building it would be the opposite way around if it was a wide AM Wide AM close to the buliding the intial FG.The best way to detect these is to use the FG method very easy TO TELL if your unsure jc fORMERLY JAZZCOINS JOE
I agree with ' just coins'. The A and the M are very close. Also look at the space between the M and E in america, it's farther apart than the AM ERICA on wide A M's. Now check the initials at the bottom corner of the right side stairs. I bet they do NOT look like this FG. Keep looking for wide A M's in 1998, 99, 2000. Don't give up you'll find them. Check my avatar. zeke
Once you look at enough, it's easy to tell. I could tell from the first pic that this was a close AM. Keep looking and I hope you find one.
