    Hi everyone,

I bought a big bag of cents from a old man that kept them in a bucket for many years I found around 20 one cents ranging from 1912-1963 that are toned.

Can anyone tell me if these would be worth anything and if its worth sending to PCGS.

It´s really hard to get good pictures of them. Most have really strong colour.

    some samples of coins.

All of the coins appear to have been circulated...some more than others! They are not anywhere near in worth for having them certified and graded to be of benefit and the cost for the services is very prohibitive. Nice coins though and some that many Collectors would love to own!

The wheat cent has also been cleaned and re-toned.

I agree with Frank and bhp. Not worth it and second pic for sure cleaned and retoned. Circulated coins. Any coins kept in a bucket will not be much higher than an AU due to friction wear from the other coins. If you had a nice date of course, like a 14 D, 14 S, 11/12 D that was toned- look for those. Find us the rarest date and post. Make sure you post obverse reverse in order so we know see in sequence. I would not use those kind of staples by the way- get flat cinch staples from Coin Supply online store- Brent Kreuger or JP's Supply probably have. Those kind of staples can scratch the other coins while in their flips. Pretty coins, BTW
