Plus $13. shipping. Is this guy trying to screw you or what? http://cgi.ebay.com/U-S-A-RED-BOOK-2010-CATALOGUE-UNITED-STATES-COINS-H-B_W0QQitemZ270376422463QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_2?hash=item3ef3b0cc3f&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A0%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50
That's Canadian dollars. In US$ he's only asking $25.90 plus $11.63. What a bargain! At Amazon that same edition would cost you a whopping $11.53+$3 shipping. The (easier to use) spiral bound edition is $10.17+$3 shipping. I'm actually thinking about replacing my 2003 edition at that price.
He is welcome to charge whatever he wants. If someone buys it I blame the purchaser as it is too easy to research the best price these days and for books Amazon should be one of the first places to check.
The only thing that makes sense is that he confused the more expensive, over sized large print edition. But, then again he is chagring C$13 to mail the thing, so never mind.
