I just found a few rolls of these at my bank. I would flip them if there is a some cash in it, but otherwise I don't collect them. Any opinions?

    A P and D set might sell for $1
A roll could sell for $15, but after shipping, that is really not any profit
I say spend them, or hang onto them no point in selling now

I'm afraid you're right. I looked on eBay and none of them sell vor very much over face. Oh, well... not a winner this time, but there's always next time.

Regarding the Puerto Rico quarters,it's interesting that at least one online coin dealer
    is offering them for $19.95.
All previous state quarters have been listed for 14.95 when first offered from this same
    online store.
Makes me wonder if the mintages are expected to be much lower than previous issues.
I was able to get a couple of PR rolls from the bank,i'm going to hang on to them and see what happens in 5-10 yrs.
