    does anyone know what this is worth? i like it but wish it was in better shape got it for birthday.

    Sentimental value only, I'm afraid. The 2008 Spink catalogue quotes a retail price of £4 for a coin in VF condition. Normally, an Edward VII head needs hairline visible in the beard and an unflattened ear to be VF, and Britannia needs to have the whole of the Union Flag on her shield.

    well i cant belive that oh well. how about this one it is toned very nicely but scaning doesnt give it justice

    A beautiful design for the French 5 centimes. I can't tell what date it is but unless it is a 1921 it is worth US$1, or less.

    But you should believe it for it is true. Well worn coins of any nation have little if any value unless they are true rarities.
