Look what the ATM spat out.

Went to ATM, punched in $20, got this. Tried again, only got the white 90's redesign notes when I did a $100 withdrawal. Nuts.




Gotta wonder how this slipped past the machines.

its not the ATM machines that checknotes... its the federal reserves. As they get notes in from banks, they do their thing... once they get sent back to banks, they just get loaded and distributed.

That is an awsome find however!!!!

 

Pulled out the old Red Book of US Currency (Second Edition), and i'm kinda going "Huh?" now.

VF-20, it's $75, then EF-40 is $35, and Unc-63 is $75. The heck? Page 208 if anyone cares.

 

typos are common maybe check the last issue to see if there is a typo there as well???
