1943 war nickle with graffiti

my camera isn't taking that great of a picture...so I don't think you can see where i noticed there is writing underneath pluribus and the mintmark P. Has anyone heard of a 1943 nickle like this? Thanks:hail:

Maybe try retaking the pic with your flash off, or covered, under stronger light source? May be easier to see then.

 

That coin looks pretty worn down.

that is definitely post-mint damage
