Hello, Just joined to ask the community some questions about some items from my childhood that my parents recently dug out of their safe. The first is an uncut, eighth (4 bills) of 1976 $2 bills, these are the star notes. Serial number A 01269054 *, E, F, G and H. I have looked all over the internet for star notes and value and figured here would be a great place to start. I also have the original pamphlet they came in which got some iced tea damage this morning :headbang: No damage to the bills. - Mike
Well first off...welcome to the fourm! That is a nice uncut sheet of Boston Notes you have. Current list for these cut as single notes can range from $18-$25 each.... The uncut sheet however, is a horse of a different color! The right collector may pay you a premium for this sheet...I would estimate a high around $110-$115....again this is just an estimate! It may go for more or less! If you were interested in selling, I would contact a auction house like Heritage.... A dealer will offer you some $$$ but the juice is normall up to 20%. Good luck...let us know what happens. RickieB
