You are absolutely correct.....And it should have been a mix of at least 3 of each pre 2004, both 2004s, both 2005s, post 2005.

I wish you were right . . . but the price has been dropping -- most were going for upper $60's and $70's . . . now I see upper $50's and $60's

Is it me or has there not even been that many of them listed on EBay at all? I do a search for "tyler dollar coin mint roll" and not many searches come up. I believe a few weeks ago there were at least 60 listings, now there's only like 12 or so. Are people just holding onto them now?

2009-P Tyler Dollar Roll (JK2) SOLD OUT AT MINT!
    Sold $52.50 Jun-13 19:59

2009 D JOHN TYLER MINT ROLL $1 Dollar BU White Box JK4
    Sold $49.75 Jun-13 19:40

2009 D John Tyler Dollar Roll From Mint JK4

The last two for a pair of rolls each got between $110 and $120

Oh, I know. But with ebay/paypal taking about 11%, and 4.80 to ship it, one has to sell it for $46.18 to break even. (A long time ago, I was a math major ;)) So, that's why I'd love it it were selling for $120 -- or even $70! But it's at the upper $50's and sinking . . .

if the next president and future presidents mintages start to rise. then the tyler dollar will be special. it is also better than harrison. 88,760,000 for tyler against 98,420,000 for harrison. think about it. and i see the mintage for every denomination to increase.

I think the value of the roll is depend on the numbers of sets which produces by the Mint, it doesn't depend on the numbers of coins production.

Actually if you use a BIN for $44.57 and offer Free Shipping you would break even at $35.95.

tyler and harrison roll mintage tied at 30,000.

Total for each mint is 30,000 or the total of both mints is 30,000?

to be more detail. harrison (P) 30,000 roll, (D) 30,000 roll
tyler (P) 30,000 roll, (D) 30,000 roll. since there were 30,000 roll. so the set for two mint mark is also 30,000 set.
other presidents were very much more than the above two.
