May I ask what grade you will give this Serbian 10 Dinara? The coin is from the german occupation, and made of zinc. It was graded UNC, and I paid $30. I don´t know what the tiny white spots seen on the obverse are. They´re not on the coin, but showed up on the scan.
not the best image, but from what you show, I would say XF, at best. appears to be quite a bit of wear on the legs, losing the details in the lower leg (below the feathers) and onto the feet. here is what mine looks like:
