It doesn't work well with my camera phone I was just wondering if these kind of coins can be graded it's obviously been rejected by the mint and that's why it has all them little button holes in it there's some other printing on the coin to another places but you know just got the Weeds on both sides of the memorial or Lincoln's head

You can see the letters NUM are backwards so I agree with @spirityoda. A vise job.

 

The week stock is a r a stock not a negative print the letters are positive raised not indented in the raised up from the coin not pushed into the coin so it's not another coin being pressed into it it's a positive print
