...Well, not to put too fine a point on it, Yeah, Kind of....
...If you ever go to US ebay and look at the "medievals," you could get the same level of entertainment from these you might might get from watching one of the "Jackass" movies. ...Not to accuse you of being into that sort of thing.... But Honest, they are Screaming Fakes. Here, as in so many other contexts, points are Not being awarded for subtlety.

No worries At All. I wasn't accusing you of that any more than of being into "Jackass" movies (...I was at the next-door apartment, and they had herbal refreshment). But you're dead on about the reverse motif, with the clasped hands.
The obverse looks much more like an attempt to imitate some early medieval issue, Frankish or Anglo-Saxon, maybe (in either case) 10th century. Here's one possible suspect.

...Part of the point being, even for this kind of a fake, this one is setting new records for incompetence. Neither the Carolingians nor the more-or-less contemporary Anglo-Saxons ever imitated the Roman clasped-hands motif, although both of them imitated later imperial issues, especially from the 4th century. (Trivia minute: as you might very well know, the Roman emperors continued the same motif, off and on, from the first century CE into the 3rd.) Whoever "engraved" this didn't even get that much of their ostensible playbook right.
...If you go along with the premise that this was even Supposed to be a fake of an early medieval coin, the flan is Way too thick. Wish this was still on the first page, with your pics. But other people here are much better at spotting giveaways on those, more technical levels. You get points for including the side view!

 

Sweet! Thanks, It just dawned on me it could be borrowed from two different coins. That’s a good possibility!
I’m not trying to waste anyone’s time. I just enjoy research, but coins are not something I know much about at all.
