I cant believe all the counterfeit Seated Liberty dollars for sale and people are paying for them like they are real, AND for the most part Ebay turns a blind eye to the sale of these coins. Morgan dollars too are becoming a problem.
If you can prove that they are fake or you believe that it can be easily proven, report them. eBay can, does and will take action against the sellers of counterfeit coins. However, the do not go looking for such coins. They will only take action when they are reported. FWIW, they remove about 99% of the coins I report although they are not mostly counterfeit coins.

You reported it when? This morning? They have to sent that to the ANA to determine if it is fake. That takes time. They are not going to do anything for >24 hours. Even when I report someone breaking their rules, it can sometimes take a couple/three days.
I reported it right away, I am 100% positive it is fake. I know seated dollars. The rim on the reverse especially gives it away. The denticles are usually even with the rim, sometimes a little below it, but this one they are so indented that it screams fake. the luster is also a dead giveaway, and the date looks fake too...
I have no idea when "right away" is or was. Regardless, it was listed Friday. So, the earliest you could report it was Friday. eBay may have been open this weekend, but I will bet that the ANA was not. In essence, it was reported today. Be patient.
I agree it's a fake, but to be an effective report you have to be able to explain to the people at eBay, who know nothing about coins, exactly how you know WHY it is a fake.
I did that, they shut him down once, but let him restart the auctions, he had a fake 1895 morgan also, thats not back but a bunch of other fake junk is on there now. I did my part, I guess more than a few folks are going to be duped. Just wait till the coin comes back from professional grading as counterfeit and no returns are accepted...i bet there will be a lot of joy at that time.
That is where everyone's nemesis comes in - PayPal. They can often go back on the seller and get a refund long after the sale. And they can and will get you a refund nearly regardless of the reason you return a coin with or without a return policy.
What?!?! That lovely coin selling (currently) for the bargain price of only $305? Looks perfect to me, perfectly PL and fake and worth of being in someone's collection of Chinese fakes. Heck, we have to support other countries' economies! Not our economy, but that of other countries. Us rich folks should give to the poor of other countries before we help ourselves. Give them a break, let it sell, let it sell, let it sell. (Sung to the tune of 'Let it rain...') [Note: to those who are semi-dumb, who complain about my comments, the above was sarcastic.]
WHAT? Something on ebay is not legitamate? This is difficult to believe. Why I always thought ebay was the place for all honest, hard working, pure and trustworthy individuals.
Heres another fake from the same guy, look at the date, this coin is clearly a fake LOL. http://cgi.ebay.com/1895-S-MORGAN-S...QptZCoinsQ5fUSQ5fIndividualQQsalenotsupported
I'm as shocked as you are!!!!! This is insane! Why, this is the first counterfeit I've ever seen on ebay! Now now... Back to the coin pictured... The coin doesn't look right, and I'd be willing to bet it is a fake, and I'm glad you reported it. eBay tries to put a stop for things like this, but like RLM said, they don't go looking for it all day long The more people report, the better... But you have to remember, ebay is in it to make money! Once you sell an item, you are paying that ebay fee, no matter what... eBay just wants it money, I'm not saying the turn the other way all the time, but you know they do it.
His 1878-S Trade dollar has a type I reverse. The date is all wrong on his 1873-S trade dollar I don't like the look of the date on his 1847 seated dollar either. That's what five strikes? I'd say that is enough to put his other nine coins into the seriously questionable catagory.
