my boss collects pre 1980 quarters. i have tried to find out why on the internet and can't. what is the value of pre 1980's? thank you
Unless he is looking at pre '64 quarters (90% silver) or errors, collecting quarters is just one type of coin to collect. It may be that he is looking to capitalize on people who are collecting state quarters and may want to expand their collection later on. To each his own.
