i seen the mint charged my account but when i put in my order number it dont show it being shipped. i thought they didnt charge your acount intil they ship your coin. anybody know how they work
They've never charged me until my items shipped. Often, I have the items in-hand before I see the charge post. You might want to give them a call at 1-800-USA-MINT.
You are correct, they aren't suppose to charge your account until they ship your coin, but then again, they seem to be a little confused lately.:whistle:
If using one of the accounts on the web the update might not have made it there. I actually received a order one time before they updated it to shipped.
I just checked my account too, and it's the same way. The charge is pending on my card, but I haven't been notified of shipment. I don't think it's anything to worry about, but I'll keep an eye on it.
I think they are having issues. I rec'd my 5 LP-2 rolls 3 days ago, but the tracking shows the package is still in Westborough, Ma.
