Join the NGC/PCGS club (details available on their websites), or submit through a dealer/collector who is already a member.

If you are a member of ANA you can submit coins to NGC for grading.

Now what do you have to go and ask a dumb question like that. It has been a while, but I think it is on eBay.

The other side of this is to use a dealer. It may cost you a couple bucks on day one, but it would likely save you several bucks when you get you coins body bagged. That is why these companies like to use dealers.

how would I save money if the coins I buy get body bagged? You mean if I was a dealer, so I don't get many returns?

If you use a good reliable dealer, you should not get any returns or at least ones that you were not made aware of before you submitted them.
