Hold on a second! I am totally confused here. Is Prospector and BoredInPa the same person? And back on topic, the pics are way too small we need larger pics.

I'm not sure what it is from the picture, maybe a die crack.

Like I said.. it is clearly a T

I'm sorry the pictures I took aren't real clear but under natural light you can clearly see a T sticking out of his jaw line. I'll work on getting a better camera.

I also have handy ( mixed in with the many errors) a memorial Cent with The G in God on the front misprinted. the G has a bar leading from the G into the O .. like this( G-O )only the bar is connected to the G.

    is that anything common?

If it's sticking out I don't see how it could be a dropped letter then.

Like I said... it is embeded in his jaw line. What about the other penny with the bar joining the G and the O in GOD?

We need a much closer pic, from this distance no matter what it'd be considered a scratch.

Oh, just notice you posted several, sorry, let me look at them...

yeah they're too small, you need like a x4 zoom at least on this, I can't even see the hairline/scratch on most of these.

No, you are toying with us. We have asked for bigger/closer pix 8 different times (posts 26, 21, 14, 12, 9, 8, & 4). So far, I think they have gotten smaller. We cannot see what is going on until you give us a pic large enough for us to see.

Here's a better picture of the 1984 Mistake

See the Bar attaching the G and the O in the word GOD?

And here is one with what appears to be a dropped letter behind Lincoln's head.

I am not toying with anyone.. right now these are all I can take with this Cam I'm using.

I think Prospector is doing something else. jello, your image is 200K, the pix I take with my 7 meg camera are 3,000K that I reduce to ~100K, but his pix are only 5k. I have no idea what camera he is using, but they do not make a camera taking that small a pic any more that I know of. Even a 1 meg camera would have pix at least an order of magnitude larger than he is posting. I would suspect that he is saving the icon in stead of his actual picture.

You can also buy microscopes that hook up to the usb port of your computer for as low as 50$, I'm actually prob gonna get one soon. you can take snap shots with these, not to mention really get an awesome view of the coin's grade.

But you are missing my point. No matter what he does to get a larger and/or closer pic, if it is still only 5K, it will still be useless. And the only way I can think of for him to get a pic that small is from the icon for the pic. His last pic looks clear enough to interpret IF it were a 100K or larger pic. However, a 5k pic is just a blur.
