I bought this dime coin bank at an antique shop. It looks unused with only slight discoloration on the rims. The top and bottom are totally unscratched. Anyone have any infomation on this type of bank? The yellow is much brighter than the picture shows.

Advertising "banks" of that type were common in the first half of the 20th Century. According to its website Bank of New Orleans has only been around since 1909, so technically, unless it dates to the bank's first few months in operation, it's not yet an "antique".

The bank might have information in its archives about the item, and might even be interested in acquiring it.
