About all I can tell from your picture is that you have a well worn (grade G at best) copper coin - very probably Chinese cash.
It appears to be a Y#5a. The diagnostic being the shape of the florets at 3 and 9 oclock on the obverse (second picture). My Krause lists it as $30 in VG, yours I would imagine would be under that value.
