If they are replicas I would say no, they are only worth the silver value. If you like Russian coins I feel you would be much better off buying the real thing, many are quite affordable.
Welcome to the forum! l.cutler is correct.. most Russian coins are quite inexpensive. I picked up a dozen or so Russian commemoratives that were very inexpensive- but they were more modern. The link you posted were for much older coins. I am note sure what they would price out at. I would still look at buying the real coins, i only buy a replica for an item i will never be able to afford.
