what kind of Morgan dollar is this?

    I cann't seem to find any information on this coin, please advise. Also, this is a Proof 61 slabbed coin, any idea what is the market value? thanks

    It looks like a pattern to me...
    who is it slabbed by? you can look up the serial number, that may tell you more...
