I believe that was just a typing error. The ruler at the time was Umberto I. Everything else De Orc wrote is correct.

Thanks People. It is very difficult for me to decide the grade of foreign coins. What do you think is the grade of this coin and if you managed to name a grade, How do you do it !!!!
