    It appears to be strike doubling.

    However, lighter pictures would help.

    Looks like machine doubling by those pics try and lighten up

    its a 1995 with out mint mark, the letters at top of coin are pretty thick thats why i was wondering if it was a double die. heres lighter pictures but this time i did not zoom in so see if this works better.

    Look at the word LIBERTY. That's where the doubling is very obvious. Please post a pic if you see anything there.

    i think i threw it in with about 2000 other pennys so i hope it was just machine doubleing.
