I'm not sure on what you are asking at all The coin looks a little off to me, although I don't know what these coins are supposed to look like I'd pass on this coin, too expensive, doesn't look to special, unless you know something I don't about this

Just a little lately worded... I can not tell if the coin has been recently cleaned, but I don't think it matters, if you think a coin has been cleaned,(unless that is what you want) don't buy it... Especially on a coin like this...
The picture is too washed out to tell whether there are hairlines, but the overall appearance is consistent with an old cleaning IMHO.
