Is there a way to track an order that you won on ebay without having to contact the seller? (I just want an idea when it will arrive)

    Thanks

Only way to do that, is if, the seller prints a shipping label, and you get a confirmation email, with a tracking number, in which you can track the item, until it gets to you :)

If the seller uses Paypal shipping labels, you can sign into Paypal a find the item you purchased and click on details and it will list a tracking number.

most of that olny works IF the sellers uses fedex, ups or somebody else. USPS does not update the tracking info very often. Their website even says it only updates when the item is scanned, and that is usually at the last stop the day the package is shipped....

    USPS tracking is virtually useless.

Does it say Unique transaction Id?

That is what I found under details within my paypal account.
I tried it at UPS tracking and nothing, then tried it at USPS and had no results.

On your account history, it should have a link, where you click "check shipment"
If the link is not there, the seller did not do any kind of confirmation with USPS, and might have shipped regular mail (44 cent stamp)

I am expecting something from Korea, is it rude to contact seller and request any tracking info? It doesn't really matter I suppose, I just like to see where things are along their journey "home". :smile
