    That's right.

    I haven't hit the e-bay link, so I don't know the slab number. Also... I can't tell from this photo if the coin has light slider rub. I'll assume it does not.

    This coin would likely pull MS64.

    While I certainly agree it's a major problem, it is certainly not an American trait. It is a human trait, and is every bit as bad elsewhere around the world.

    The e-bay auction looks like a scan, not a picture. I don't feel the seller is deceiving anyone. No one has perfect pictures.

    Looking closer (and checking the e-bay auction to get the slab grade), I feel the PCGS grade is reasonable. Certainly not high-end for the grade.
