2-number serial

I received this one today at Dunkin' Donuts. My brother and I were shopping around at a flea market and were about to spend it on some coins. Luckily it was the only money we had on us, so we didn't have much of a selection. We got in the car, and I looked at it, and it was a 2-number serial.
