What happened to the date on this

    Look closley at the last number

    looks like something pushed the last # from the bottom R corner towards the upper L corner.

    That is a common area for a coin rolling machine to damage with the finger that rolls over the end of the wrapper. In time you will probably see several of these. On newer coins this is readily identifiable because the damage will have the "fresh copper" look to it but no an older coin that has aged since the damage it can be a bit decieving.
