Who got theirs' through the earliest???

1216 for me started at noon trying...

 

12:18..Terrible today but the order is in.

 

The time stamp on my confirmation email for my first order reads 12:08-42

 

12:08 wow! mine was 12:22 tried since 12

 

Man, I need your internet connection, and your technique...
How did ya do it that early!

 

I was logged before noon and refreshed until about 12:02 when it seems the cents finally loaded onto the Mints website, hit add, then updated the quantity, then hit quick checkout. I wonder how accurate the email time stamp is tho, because it sounds like, from the other thread, that flyers10 has a lower order number than me.

I was there 15 minutes before.. I refreshed at exactly the time... Took 3 minutes to get there, then took the rest of them time up, once I hit add to cart! After they were in the cart, it was a 2 minute process, fairly easy...

 

i was logged on before noon and it took till 1:06 every time i tried to checkout it made me log in again.you would think the mint would have its $hit together by now!

 

Man O man it was difficult signing in and purchasing. I DID GET AN ORDER FOR 5 IN BEFORE 12:45PM. The just now at 2:40pm still very hard and slow. Got kicked off several times???? Anyhow got 5 for my daughter and 5 for me. HOOOOooooRAAAAH!! nOW LET'S ALL WAIT AND SEE IF WE GET CANCELLED OUT for some reason. Me pessimist.

 

The order receipt I printed out has 12:09 on it.

I got mine at 11:07 CST! I win! I actually had a slow but decent connection and was able to log in for my friend to order his because he couldn't get in. Got 25 rolls ordered in all in about 30-40 minutes. Of course they all say backordered, but I guess thats because they don't ship until the end of the month?

 

Mine is time stamped 12:04:59 that was about the time I finally got my order to go thru logged into my mint account. I was a little peeved at first that all 5 sets were in my cart and then when I went to checkout it kept booting me off saying page could not display then by the third time trying it went thru. I have about two or three of the sets spoken for. I dont know what I'll do yet with the others hmmmm.....

where is quick checkout? i cant find it

 

Crew, I didnt see a quick checkout option. Only the option to log into your mint account and complete checkout or checkout as guest. Like I said earlier it was a pain to get the order to go thru. You may have to keep refreshing and trying until it works.

 

Quick Checkout is just selecting that the billing and shipping addresses are the same...
You can change your preferences when you go to edit your account

 

Refreshing, refreshing you say. That's a polite and politically correct way of saying they were so jammed up that they had to kick you off or that there comp. systems couldn't handle the demand and the delay was so long that you lost the US Mint web site. Just funning with you. the congestion way too much for them i.e. no comp. sys. , no phone, no nuttin' for several attempts. Perserverance won out though.:high5::hug:Kiss
