Tracking Certified Coins by Number

I would like to know if I can track a certified slabbed coin back to the grading company to find out if everything is as stated by the seller? How is this done? THANKS.

You just have to sign up for a free account, or you can pay for a membership...
I don't believe ICG and ANACS do this...
