Hi All, I just paid 16.95 for a 1963 proof mint set do you think I over paid ? I seen in coin values that it list for 22.00 but we all know that's high end. So for 16.95 with shipping do you think I got a good deal? Will post pictures once I get coins. carl
It is more important that you think you got a good deal It is more important that you think you got a good deal, not us. Most wholesale prices would be quite a bit lower than that but many retail would be that or a little higher. If it is a high end set with a cameos and absolutely no toning or spots it may be worth more - if it has problems considerably less - so the answer like all answers is "it depends". As you gain more experience you will understand exactly what I am talking about.
