That mean to the city "ORLANDO in FLORIDA" and the "OR" it means "ORLANDO". They did not say that I have to add "FLORIDA, it is o.k or I
have to add "FLORIDA" ? to be sure?

Lincoln City is the town and the state is OR (Oregon).

as an example, address the envelope as:

John smith
1012 dooda lane
Lincoln City OR 97367

the Post office will know OR is for oregon

and man do i understand trying to figure out the postal services of a foreign country lol when i ship packages to a different country, i ask the other person to write out EXACTLY how i need to address the package. the differences in how its done could be disaterous lol
