Other than the fact they over-grade and they suck. NO. You don't need to know much about any grading company unless they are PCGS, NGC, ANACS, or ICG. All the rest are suspect at best and will lower the value of your coins and reputation as a seller and collector if you promote or endorse any other company.

This fact might suck to a few people, but it's a fact.

I have an idea. Next time someone wants to inquire about a no-name grading "service", first try this handy trick :

    GOOGLE.

That's right - google this so-called "service". And here's what happens : THEY DON'T SHOW UP.

What does that tell you ?

HINT: If you were running a legit grading service, you would want everyone to know about you.

They are not a grading service.

Know how you can tell ?

A grading service accepts submissions. Someone show me how to submit coins to these guys for grading. You can't.

    Because they don't.

This is nothing more than someone who bought shells and sticks his or her coins in, along with their inflated grade opinion.

    Why ?

To give their inflated grade an illusion of legitimacy. The obvious intent is to fool a buyer into accepting an absurd grade.

This is dishonest. It is fraud. It is attempting to make the "grade" look like it was rendered by an impartial grader (hence the term "third party").

This is a FIRST party grade.

It's amazing how people think just because a coin is in a holder that a professional coin grader graded the coin, and that the seller of the coin (which is often the grader himself) is honest. I and my own forum members have discovered so many of these self slabbers that it makes me sick.

I sure home my grading page eventually stops most of this.

Here's a link to another current thread that list 124 grading services. As noted above, the main 4 offer credibility that leaves another 120.

    Good Reading--> http://www.cointalk.com/forum/t52615/

Would it be beneficial to take the coin out of the ANGS case and have it regraded?

That depends on the coins. If you think the grade is close,a point or two lower, and there is still value, then yes.

Without posting pictures of the coins though, it would be hard for me to give sound advice.
