What is it worth? Depends who talk to. Many people will pay premiums for counter-stamped pieces. Me personally? I wouldn't touch it. I consider it damaged.
I like counter-stamps too. But usually just initials aren't worth much than say a full name or a stamp that has raised lettering on an incused field. The denomination also plays a big part and who stamped it. Nice coin!:thumb:
