I would suppose this price because of the DC and Territorial Quarters and Lincoln cents.

Definately getting more expensive.....I'm worried about the young collectors. Many of them won't be able to afford these sets.

The US Mint notified me on May 1,2009 that they will be processing my subscription in about 4 weeks. $29.95 per set. I am looking forward to seeing them.

Has there been any word on the silver proof sets? I don't seem to get anything from the Mint in terms of communication.

^^^Ditto. I haven't received any kind of email yet from the Mint. Should I be concerned that my order may not happen? Thanks.

I think Proof single coins are going to be harder to find and cost big $$$. If production totals mirror circulating coinage, we could have a winner in this years proof sets. People are going to be less likely to break up sets, and the Copper cent singles will likely be red hot, as many people will need them for their Dansco albums.
