Hey everyone! Just got this beauty in Unfortunately, it has some ugly toning (or corrosion?) on it, but boy does this one have luster! :eat: This one shows extraordinary, and original, color and has not been cleaned. The pictures just came out that way Let me know what ya'll think!
Good details on the coin - can't tell about the spotting or corrosion. You picture make it look like someone did something to it not sure. I wonder if one of the experts could make that coin look better. I just a few large cents in - will have to post some pictures of them tomorrow.

My guess would be that it's been in a fire? Or the way it was stored? Or maybe some sort of chemical spilled on it? Either way, I'm happy with it I wouldn't really want to mess around with it much, since that could destroy it's luster
Looks like a beauty lies beneath the filth. I wonder if an acetone dip might help. If it's PVC, you need to get it off. I agree with UNC details. This could be a good NCS candidate.
Looks like one of the hoard coins. A really attractive coin, details wise. Too bad about the spots/corrosion.
