Went to 15 banks today and covered 65 miles. Took 5 hours and that included a break in the car to search $440 worth of halves, roll and return them.
Have not gone through the duces too much yet, but found a 1976 Star S/N A00144621*a little dirty with light ctr fold and lg sized corner fold.

It was great. Alot of the banks tried the membership pitch and I am considering one. 1.5% intrest on saving account. Most other banks were 0.1%

I think I'd use the 1.5% as my drop off bank..... :high5:

Nice congrats! I did the same, only found 6 halves (none good) but found some nice duces (in my thread in papermoney). I did 5 banks in an hour and a half. Good thing we aren't in the same area!

2 notes with every number, a radar (can a radar have a leading zero?) and maybe a propeller? Thoughts/opinions?

OK at the risk of seeming kinda, well, silly.... what are radars and propellers? (in here, I think I know in the outside world..... :p)

    Great Idea!

I agree. I already have a nemesis in a roll searcher initials with CBH, I don't need one with paper as well. LOL Seems like most days, I am chasing him. The tellers don't like him though 'cause he doesn't even have an acct. and goes in paking lot and takes what he wants and then returns the rest right there.

Radars are like the word radar-spelled the same foreward and backward. Example 24766742 serial #. Palindrome is actually the correct word for this. Propeller has a serial # that is the same when turned (upside down) like a propeller 80100108. I don't think mine count, but just making sure.

I was smiling so big because of the other finds that the teller was kinda giving me the eye. So I chatted her up a little. Then she proceeds to go to her SD box and get them for me. What did I learn? When you're hot, keep going. I didn't get 1 crabby teller today!
