Your 2 reales piece minted in Lima has a catalog value of around $20.00.
However the calalog I'm using is twenty years old. Hope this is of some help.
P.S. I believe your coin is real.

The 2002 3rd Ed. Standard Catalog of World Coins, 18th Century, puts it at $17.50 VG, $35 F, $50 VF and $65 XF, with no value shown for Unc. :)

Based solely on the picture, I would grade it in the top-end F to low-end VF range..

I think you'd be hard pressed to buy that coin for less than $125.

I think spending $125 on that coin would be a mistake when you could buy several different dates of the same mint on ebay for between $15 and $40 each
    including #8313491011.

But its not the same coin...its like this....you can buy a 1921 Morgan dollar for $10 but you can't buy a 1878CC morgan dollar for $10....
Prices are not the same for every coin.

Of course it's not the same coin. There are many 1800 Lima minted 2 reales available in many grades. They are not the same either but some are XF/au and they are still priced under that $125 estimate. Ponterio has 13 of them in stock at this very moment in the next auction Sept.9th.
P.S. the 1800 Lima 2 reales IS the 1921 Morgan of the series NOT the 1878CC.

Right, but if this type of 1800's 2 reales is worth XXX and the other one is worth XXX...why shouldn't one be worth more than the other?

It seems plain to me that this coin could be worth $125 while another type could be worth $20.

This is a perfect example of an "expert" providing solid, reliable and factual information?

I'm in no way a expert...I try to help collectors.

But what one is the "1921"?...you yourself said that there are many of these coins...many types and such....right now I have am old book on my lap that shows 4 coins that look like this coin..BUT they are not the same...one looks just like the coin in this thread...the other one looks like the one in the auction you posted---one has more value...the other one doesn't.

Can't you see that just because 1 coin goes off ebay for $25 doesn't mean that a coin of another type has to be worth the same amount of money?
Like I said with the Morgan...and you said
You may have 2 coins from the same mint but from other years (or from other mints)---one has more value than the other one---its plain to me.
