Read this..Phone numbers for the U.S. Mint.....

I had the same frustrating irritating problem ordering the Coin & Medal sets, the csr's at the 800 # work out of Plano,Tx and are clueless.They work for another company handling calls for the Mint. I called the mint directly yesterday asked for a customer service manager and they called me back and said. I WILL have my sets by next week. I also explained the lack of customer service at the 800 #. He said they do not work for the Mint but if I had names of the csr's (Customer Service Reps) he will forward it to THEIR manager as the Mint does not oversee their work.
