no, i dont think the length of the real note is relavent. the item you pictured is not real, not by a long shot. possibly a photocopy, a magazine clipping, or some other image ... but it is not a real note - not even possible. you asked, we informed... now its up to you on what to do with that knowledge
I'm still thinking magic trick or prank where you want to give the illusion of a pile of high denomination notes being on the table. Wouldn't make sense for a magazine image to have an exact duplicate image on the opposite side. So, while it's not real money, I'm still curious where this thing came from...
