BU year set...value?

    Some of you may feel uncomfortable answering this, but here goes.
    A 1964 bu yr set Half thru Penny, in a five coin Whitman holder.
    What price would you put on this at a coin show?
    How much for a proof set?

    Year set, assuming MS63 -$15.00.
    Proof set in mint packing $14-$15.
