I posted this in my World Paper Money thread, but it is not identified yet. So, I'll repost here as I'm not sure that it is money. I have a large row of them. The reverse is blank. They are small (look at notebook holes in picture) It looks Russian, from 1922.

Does anyone know what it is?

THANKS, bud! That is what it is. I checked and I have a row of 10 of the 25 Rubles as well as a two others hooked together. I may sell my set of two and keep the 10....
