I have searched every Bank Of America here and all of them say that they will never get fresh rolls of Lincoln pennies. One lady angrily told me, as it was my forth time in a month to come to here bank and ask for fresh pennies, actually said "We will never have what you are looking for, we only ever have all-ready-open packages of pennies that are just repacked" But I know I have been to banks around here before and seen my bank break fresh rolls of quarters and other change. How is pennies have slipped by. They also told me that they do not order things like that for customers, she kinda said it like I was her employee and not her customer. Does anyone know of a bank that has or is willing to order fresh rolls of pennies for me in or near Reno Nevada. I think the current predicament BOA is in I might be tempted to switch banks.
thats not the 1st time i have heard BOA folks being rude. But it can also happen at any back. I have accounts at 3 banks, and will switch from time to time what i will use each bank for. I thinkthe tellers still get 'tired' of seeing me lol but as long as i stay polite, none of them have every been rude to me.
